I have a 1997 E420 Mercedes Benz. My car runs great. It looks new on the outside and I do my best to maintain it. I wanted to make the interior look new to match the outside. So I found this place on the web. I read the reviews and I went around and got cost from several places. They seemed like nice guys, knowledgeable about auto upholstery, the location was convenient, the price was reasonable too. The guy showed me a BMW they were working on which impressed me and they said they could do my car in one day and could start the very next days. But they kept my car for three days and only did half of the work.
When I asked them why you did “half” of the seat and not complete the other seat? They reply was we ran out of material. They assured me I should bring my car in on Thursday and it would be no problem for them to complete the other seat in my car. But they wanted to be paid in full that for doing half the work. My fault, huge mistake, I paid them all the money and returned on Thursday for them to complete my seat. I left my car there all day when I to pick my car up. The other seat was half done! I asked what’s the problem? Why did you do half of the car seat? Plus my Apple IPod was missing. Their excuse was they got busy and could not get to my car and I should come back on the weekend. When I came back their attitude changed. No nice more guy and they had all my money. Cash money on top of that. They did not have time and was too busy to complete my car and frankly I did not trust them any more since my IPod was missing and they did not keep their end of the deal. So I took my car somewhere else and had it completed.
