When I took my car to C & C Auto Repair, New Rochelle, NY, I went with a high expectation, keeping in mind this repair shop came recommended and that my only concern was to resolve the engine light for my 2001 Mercury Sable. At this writing 12/19/11, I am still seeking (and taking my time) to get this issue resolved with a reputable repair shop. Now I know that my vehicle has all the old parts and need an overhaul but I have had many new parts replaced and continue to do my best with limited funds that I have, the best I can. C & C initially performed 2 Plugs and 1 Vacuum T and called to tell me about my Struts (I agreed for them to do). Disappointed, the engine light was never resolved. After placing a phone call to C & C Repair and drove my vehicle back to the shop, a coil was replaced and the engine light remains on, this became my wake-up call. I could have taken legal action being that I am a Paralegal and fully understand the legal process and have prevailed on similar issues but sometimes a person gets tired of always going to a Courthouse for remedies of this genre, Well, I am using this venue as my courtroom hearing and will remain by saying, I would not recommend this shop to anyone, ever!
