I went in with my friend and was a bit hesitant because I didn't know what to expect...we were greeted and offered water (when my girlfriend made the appointment she spelled out her name, and when we got there they still had it wrong). So they took her back and I waited a couple of minutes for my stylist.\r

My experience was average. Shampoo, dry...the products were Bumble and Bumble...but the blow out only lasted a day...thought the idea was to have it last at least a couple! My friend's experience was below average. We were both just disappointed; as this place is in our backyard and we want to support local businesses.\r

When reviewed on another sight, the owner stated that we were bogus and didn't even come into her salon. Well, maybe its because the person had our name wrong from the get-go! I am ligit and want to tell people of my experience good, bad, or ugly!\r

There are other blow dry bars...there are other salons that do blow outs for less! AND don't charge for ""hot tools."" I guess, anything to make a buck theses days!
