Excellent Company! Very professional! I needed the PURT and was planning for a dinner party the next day. They technician was very honest and informed me that for that particular service - the time to dry could be more. When I decided to wait until another day so as not to risk having damp carpet the technician graciously contacted the office and rescheduled my carpet cleaning for another day. When I actually had the carpets cleaned - I was thoroughly impressed. The cost even came in under the original quote. Overall - I highly recommend Miner's Chem Dry for whatever carpet cleaning service you may need.
