If you are Landlord looking for a reliable and honest company to manage your property then APEX is the one you want to use. We've been with APEX over 6 years and they have been excellent and we highly recommend them. The negative comments posted must be from the tenants that obviously were not good tenants and tried to get away with stuff...but Phil enforced the rules so therefore they weren't happy and posted bad comments. But I have personally worked with Phil and the staff at APEX and found them to be wonderful and friendly!! Signed...a happy Landlord.
