On two occasions that I dealt with Pollards, I found them to be thoughtful. One time my car was towed from a lot because a owner called them. I explained my point to them and they gave me my car back with no cost. on another occasion my car broke down, they came to my rescue, dropped my car at Brooks Huff and gave me a ride home.
