This guy is a joke, liar, and scammer. \r

I took my Dyson in to be serviced since their website claims they are certified Dyson repair techs. He informed me that they dont sell the parts my 1 year old Vacuum needed in order to be fixed. He placed a call to someone who confirmed this theory over the phone. I was then told that my vacuum was basically a piece of crap, handed a flyer for HIS vacuums and told I should buy one of those. \r

So feeling like I was going to have to buy a new vacuum I decided I should call Dyson to make sure that this was in fact the case and that I couldnt get parts to fix my issue. Dyson informed me that all their vacuums come with a 5 year warranty, they set me up with Dr Carls out in greece and the vacuum is being fixed.\r

DO NOT GO TO VACUUM CENTER.
