Stay away from this company!!! The cars are not in good shape compared to the other car sharing service.
They also say that your application fee will be waived if you are a member of another car sharing company. When it came time to have my application fee refunded, Mint refused and said they would only issue me a driving credit. I had already used the service and didn't know the next time I would be using it so I didn't want to have to keep track of a driving credit. I decided to just close my account because they were so rude and the service was awful.
After I wrote a bad review, MINT offered to refund my application fee if I would take down the negative review. They would probably have so many more negative reviews that people took down because MINT offered them a refund.
I would never recommend this company to anyone and am surprised they are still around.
