I have used them numerous times, I don't know why. They have never once delivered my clothes when promised and they are usually delivered (if I don't have to pick them up) days after they were promised. It is very hard to get in touch with anyone there. If you are okay with waiting for days and not being paid attention to as well as paying ridiculous prices use them. Otherwise find somewhere else to go.
