Yet, again LSO drops the ball. If it weren't for the delivery driver that usually delivers for me I would have dropped LSO a looong time ago. LSO has failed to be on time and has lost and never recovered a package for my company. Today, yet again LSO no shows. I call to find out what is going on and they have my package an hour away yet has noone to deliver it. Right this second I have an employee of mine going to pick it up....I am just blown away that they offer a garuntee that they do not care to abide by. LSO what happened to going above and beyond and making sure you deliver what is paid for and promised?
