Horrible company attitude doing business! Terrible way to talk to customer service.
I place my order and pay it with my debit card on 12/3/2011. I was notified that it has been moved to fulfillment at 9:30 am on 12/6/2011, Then, my order was cancel by the AMatterOfFax at 3:01 pm on 12/6/2011 because they made a mistake on their price and they can not and will not honor my order. Ask yourself before you order anything from them. 1. Is this customer job to maintain their WEB site? No, this company does not honor the price they made and just tell you too bad, so sad and this is your problem. The company can cancel your order at any time for any reason they like even the company already take your money. 2. Full price was deducted from my debit card on 12/3/2011 since (I did contact Chase bank right after I place the order on 12/3/2011.) Why it took them less than 30 seconds to take my money but took them more than 24 hours to give my money back after they cancel my order? 3. This company really is selling something that they do not have and also take and hold my money of something the can not offer. Is it FRAUD? Learn from me, do not buy anything from this company. And I really believe a lot of so call good reviews were done by themselves. I just bought exactly same thing from amazon which is $50 cheaper than A MATTER OF FAX. Hope this can help.
