I have been taking my Kirby for service here for the past 20 years to this shop. The owner is the most honest man that I know of. Once I was expecting a big bill because my vacuum was sparking and all it was was the dogs hair in it. Just paid for looking at it. If I took somewhere else you betcha that I would have been charged for something totally different. I drive approx 50 miles to this store and it's worth every gallon of gas!
