They have a great attitude on the phone! Called a few other locksmiths and they acted like they would be doing me a favor if they came out to me, that was not professional. But I was having trouble with one of my house locks and just needed help. Im very satisfied with the results Sherman Oaks Lock & Safe provided for me. I was even able to come into the store, pick out the locks I want, and the technician followed me to my house and changed them. I can't be more happy to have called them and not the other losers.
