Dropped 8 men's shirts off 2.5 weeks ago, went to pick them up a week later when they said they would be back and was told their machine broke and they weren't sure when it would be fixed. Ok, no problem. Went back 4 days later and it is still broken.
I am not normally driven to write reviews on places but the way the woman in the place is handling the situation is rude and unprofessional. When asked when the machine will be replaced the answer is a shrug of the shoulders and a ""Don't know"". When asked when they are expecting the parts she said in a day or two. When asked how long after they get the parts will the shirts be done another ""Don't know, I'm not down there."" All of this with her cell phone pressed to her ear taking a personal call.
Needless to say, when I get my shirts back I won't be going to this place again. If there were a rating lower than 1 star they would get it.
