Most staff are not educated or professional. Don't get me wrong, there are awesome ones like Miss Chris who does 3-4 yr olds, but we had a horrible time with the school aged staff. They were around college age and possibly their only experience at childcare was because they had children of their own? They were not sensitive to different home situations and just plain rude.
