We had clogged drain, and a leaky pipe in the bathroom sink. I called at 9:30, and Roto Rooter was able to send out a technician by 12:00. He was very friendly, willing to explain the problem and the fix, and did the job well. I am satisfied with the work, although the bill was more than I expected.
