I had my first experience with this company after hearing Michael Berry speak about them in a 950 advertisment. I called and scheduled the visit almost a week in advance. This past Tuesday their representitive, a young man named Chris, called me about 30 minutes before he arrived to let me know he was on the way. When Chris came to my home he was very professional and explained the estimate and what additional products that were available.
Although our home is only 6 years old our carpets had some very deep and ugly pet stains. Chris explained each step of the cleaning process and what results we could expect. He assisted me with several large items that my wife couldn't help me with and cheerfully cleaned my carpet n what I thought was record time.
The results are nothing short of amazing and we are extremely satisfied with the cleaning. I must add that Chris was very knowledgable of the chemicals and the steam process for cleaning while taking the time to point out how I should service my carpets in the future.
I don't know what experience others had but Chris made our experience worth awarding 5 stars....
