Don was our technichian. He was remarkably prompt, arriving when he was scheduled (unlike everyother service that you have to wait hours for). He shared pictures of the before and after on site and was very pleasant to deal with.
Because of Don I will recommend Duct Works to everyone. My parents are already planning on using them this spring.
