I too can't believe the horrible reviews I'm reading. Hilton's is the only place in Whatcom County that I've found with shoes that will fit my awful feet and leave me with a smile when I'm done shopping. I've been shopping there for YEARS (like most Bellinghamsters), and not once have I had a negative experience or rude interaction! And I'm a nightmare--plantar fasciitis, bunions, wide width, high arch, the whole shebang! Beautiful, quality shoes, superb, friendly, & knowledgable service, and local and family-owned! Could a Hamster ask for more? There have been times when I just came in for a fit adjustment, not even looking to buy and have been treated respectfully and politely. I highly reccommend going to Hilton's if you need a good, quality, comfortable pair of shoes.
