Oh yes this place does offer free manicures for a GOOD review, THEY OFFERED IT TO ME! I told them I can pay for my own manicure. Anyway I too found the place unclean and the workers to be rude. I cannot tell anyone what to do, but I read reviews on a place and if they have a bad review or at least two, I am not taking a chance. Others can do as they please. They had all good reviews when I went, but now I sure can see why they have several bad reviews. There are many good nails salons around, but avoid this one and inspite of the good reviews that they have had people post, DO NOT TAKE A CHANCE on an infection or just poor service.
