NEVER order a delivery from this place!! they tell you ""20-30"" minutes and its 50-60 minutes EVERY time, even on weekdays. This is not a one time thing. This is the 9th consecutive time and i have had it. Not to mention, they got the order incorrect and the girl (daughter i believe) works there was not polite on the phone. ""so that was the only thing wrong with your order?""... couldnt believe i heard that after waiting an hour for a salad and an app. no big order here... did i mention i live on the same road as this place? takes me 3 minutes door to door if i dont get stuck at lights. And for such a loyal customer over the past 5 years, they have ALL my information on file... you think they would call back and apologize and or do something to keep my business, NO. nothing... i can say that b/c of this, i wont be ordering from here any longer as well i will be notifying my 5 neighbors and 7 co workers that order from here.
Word of mouth is powerful in advertizing and just as well in BAD service.
