Am 1,000% behind my Disgusted with Dobler soulmates. Wondering ... has anyone attempted to or taken Dobler to court for damages owed - or any type of landlord/tenant dispute?! If so, would appreciate your feedback.
While moving from one of their properties, Construction crew members entered my apt - I was still paid up till end of month! - and cleared
out (STOLE) A LOT of my personal property.
Management agreed to reimburse me for some kitchenware ... but so much more (90% of my clothes, family heirlooms...etc., etc.) was taken.
Dobler insisted none of their workers would steal - 'my stuff' was most likely MISTAKENLY thought to have been left behind and I could reclaim items from dumpster the next morn - but -you guessed it - the dumpster was mistakenly driven to the Dump early-EARLY-that morn!?
""So Sorry"".... well, it only gets worse from here ... Any court ... successes ...or...
PS: The manager returned my crockpot to me the next day, but would not tell me 'how', 'where', 'who' - BUT, as i was walking back to apt., one of the construction crew stopped to say how glad she was that I got my crockpot back...she had TAKEN IT HOME, but when she heard .... she
brought it back. Nice, But just how many other homes...!
AND, Just WHO, I wonder, is sleeeping in my underwear...eh? UGH!
