I along with several of my neighbors have been visiting this restaurant for sometime and I have always enjoyed the food and service. Therefore, I was disappointed with the Manager when I asked for clarification on an issue. I had order a combination dinner that included soup, salad, and meal. I ordered another combination identical to mine to go. The price was the same, however, they did not include my soup with the meal. When I asked why, I was only given the answer no Japanese restaurant does that. I then asked if they could take the cost of the soup off my bill, and they again replied no Japanese restaurant does that. The explanation did not make sense and they seemed upset that I would even question them on this. I along with my family and several of our neighbors would eat at this restaurant at least twice a month, but no more. I hope the cost of their soup was worth the lost of our business and this review.
