I tell you what! This is some real fried chicken just like I used to eat grow'n up in rural Texas myself. My grandmomma used to grow her own chickens and every couple days would let us pick one out a chicken for dinner. We'd wack its head off, pluck it and fry it up and I'll be darn tootin if this aint some authentic Texas chicken. Highly recommend this place.
