Check out the F rating on the Better Business Bureau (Columbia branch - but all branches are all owned/operated by the same guy). I was told my laptop couldn't be fixed. It was returned stripped of parts, including the hard drive. It's been several months and they keep saying they'll return the hard drive but haven't, so I have no way of knowing whether it was really corrupt and busted or whether it was ""recycled"" through the side business of selling computer parts. My phone calls go unreturned. I lost thousands of photographs.
