As everyone else has said the owner is horrid. When I questioned paying $18 to send a 2 pound package to Atlanta he yelled at me and said he doesn't control rates and I could just leave if I didn't like it. When I told him two days ago he charged me half of that to send a bike rack to Arizona he told Me i was crazy and to prove it. He then asked me to leave.
I actually went to USPS, half the price with tracking.
Don't go here, plenty of other ups stores around if needed but I will now go to fed ex.
