The product quality is fresh and good; however, prices are high. Then comes the question of honesty. An example, I asked for 2 8 ounce steaks, priced at $11.25 per pound. My total cost for the 2 steaks was almost $16.00. I know cutting a fresh steak is not an exact science, but I was left feeling that the employee intentionally overcut the steaks to bolster the sale. I ordered scallops and watched the employee place scallops one by one into a container sitting on the scale. Still, the amount sold to me was way over what I requested. I cannot return to the business based upon what appeared to be poor ethics.
