The worst cleaners EVER!! Don?t go there!!! I turned my coat over for the dry cleaning to them 5 days before the new years. I triple check that it would be ready in time because i really needed it for the weekend. 2 people insured me that it would be ready by Friday afternoon. Friday I was there all ready to pick up my coat, where i found out that coat wasn't clean! It was hanging there for 4 days for the reason that they found a hole on in and couldn?t clean it before showing it to me first!!! I can?t express my overvaluing feelings at that moment. First 2 things could have been done: Check the coat when i was there (wasn't done), take my phone number in case they would need to contact me (wasn?t done) after all of this what impressed me more I didn't even get a single apology!!!! Nothing like, ?let us make it up to you"" "" We are sorry for the inconvenience""!!!! NOTHING!!!! All I got is ""can you come back and pick it up tomorrow?? No! That wasn?t a deal. You fail at you customer service!!!
