Our deck was flooded from hard rain and I had water coming into my condo. I got a recommendation from my condo association to call Fischer Restoration. This was a couple of days before Thanksgiving. They got to my condo at 11 p.m. and worked for a couple of hours. They pulled the carpet up, put the blowers on, pulled the walls, and tested for mildew, so they did do the initial work, drying everything out.
However, now it's almost January 1 and we still have open walls covered with clear plastic. My condo has been torn apart. The work should have been completed by now, over a month later. We are not getting any feedback from them and no one is calling us. We do not know what is taking so long or why the job is not done. It should have been done by now.
