GREAT STORE!! Whoever wrote the negative reviews must be nuts. These young (and a few old) guys and gals are the most helpful, knowledgeable and friendly folks in the world!! I have been going to the Genius Bar, the Project groups, and the One to One classes for at least 8, maybe 10 years, and have not had ONE, NOT ONE bad experience. Maybe it is how YOU act, not them. The only place in which I am more comfortable is in my own home. Get to KNOW them before you knock them!! Patty
