I loved that the technician put on shoe covers before entering my house and that he listened to my concerns. He went and did a thorough evaluation of my unit and then went over everything with me and my options. I didn't feel ""trapped"" into one option and price, I had a few to choose from so I could make a decision with my budget. I've worked with a few of their techinicians and they are all very professional. I will continue to do business with Any Hour.
