I have never had such a horrible experience in dealing with any financial institution. An entire MONTH of complete chaos waiting for a simple equity loan to close. An under qualified staff that is unable to read financial statements, thus having to call me to decipher them. How sad is it, that these are the very people making financial decision about my future. Sorry Citizens....I WILL NEVER BE DARKING YOUR DOORS AGAIN with such a difficult task for your people to handle.
