Kim, was very personable and very knowledgeable and made sure I understood the process of picking out the right ring and diamonds for my wife. Sure, you can go to Diamonds Direct, if you want to wait an hour for someone to even acknowledge you are there. By far, I'd choose CMI over any competitor in the Triangle area.
