We took our car there to have a problem fixed. One service listed says they performed a 3 step fuel system cleaning. A couple of months later, the same problem happened again, we took it to the dealer instead this time. Dealer told us the fuel system was very dirty and they had to do the same cleaning again. I doubt that Merchant's in Kernersville actually performed the fuel system cleaning or they probably just didn't do a good job at all. My experience is they use appealing oil-change price to lure you in then tell you that your car needs hundreds of dollars of service. I definitely would NOT recommend this place!
