We are repsonding to the two reviews posted. In regards to the previous client, we are not saying that this type of accident could not happen but we went back to the property once we were told of the iccident, we could not find any damage. We tried several times to correct the situation, but were unsuccessful. We value each client by taking extra steps to respect their property.
