Personalized, attentive, friendly, helpful, genuinely caring people who make me want to keep coming back. Yesterday, for example, Kenny, the owner, greeted me as he always does every time I visit. Adelle and I reviewed my color and hair status before she applied the color. (I get SO many compliments on the color of my hair!) The woman who washed out my hair consistently, gently yet firmly, massages my scalp, really helping my head relax. She takes care to ensure there is no color on the skin around my face. I had my hair blown out by Olga for the first time. I'm very particular about how my hair is blown out because it's very thick, long, and curly and takes about an hour to make it straight, then add back in soft curls. Olga did a fabulous job, sealing in special oil/conditioner and making my hair shiny. It's a day later and I still love it. Kenny has very high standards and this shows in the constant state of cleaniless of the store, in the people he hires, and the quality of products they use.
