Walking into Benoits is like walking into an old friends house. One is immediately put at ease by the receptionists friendly greeting, to Kim, the manager who continually educates herself and staff improving the salon experience for customers. I've been going to Benoits for several years now and keep going back. One - the haircuts are always precise and fashion - forward; Two - the owner makes it very easy to change something that may not have turned out the way intended. (For the amount of time I've been going there, it's been very, very rare.) I'd recommend it to anyone: Kim the owner - or any one of the other girls.
