Setting up the phone appointment was not the best experience and I was confused with what I was going to get and what time I was suppose to be there and where I was going - I also wanted to book a pedicure but the girl on the phone made me think there was not enough time so I did not mention it - however once I arrived and mentioned all this I taken care of. This is one of the nicest salon I have ever been in - if was fun and relaxing and beautiful and everyone was friendly and helpful. It beats the places I have been to in NYC. I am ready for my full day of beauty right after Christmas I am going to schedule.
