I don't know what I did to hurt my lower left back, but I was in agony for more than a month. Physical therapy wasn't helping at all. It hurt to stand, sit and even sleep. Dr. V found the problem in less than 5 minutes and I walked out of his office that day with about 30% less pain and instructions to ice my back and no exercises (yet). Two days later, the pain was reduced even further. I have my second appointment today and can't wait to be pain free!!!
