I was very disappointed, that my stylist could not blow dry my hair, using a round ceramic brush, for volume and curls....she started cutting my hair before it had been washed....I have long, layered hair...it needed to be washed first! I called within a day or two and told the salon, how unhappy I was with the cut, layering and styling after I got home! The color was great, but it was not the style I am accustomed to! They made a second APPT., for me to come back and have it restyled...AGAIN THE SAME THING...SAME STYLIST NEEDED TO USE A CURLING IRON?? I was disappointed the 2nd time! For the last 6 yrs....a good stylist can use just a round brush and blow dryer...I am disabled and this salon is close to my home....I MIGHT LET ANOTHER STYLIST DO MY HAIR HERE....IF SHE KNOWS HOW NOT TO USE A CURLING IRON.....MY HAIR IS NATURALLY WAVY....IT HOLDS CURL AND VOLUME...THAT IS IT, IN A NUTSHELL!
