Everything about my visit was great until I used my birthday double points voucher and discovered it had expired two weeks ago :( that was not a happy moment. I really did not want to continue with my purchase because I was so disappointed, but the service and help I received from the gal at the register was top notch so I followed through with my purchase after all. She even went as far as to fill out an exception form to see if they would accept my voucher anyway, Im sad to say I did not get her name.
