We have come to this Spa for 9 years either once or twice a year, when we come for a weekend getaway, we have always been more then happy with the results. However this time neither one of us liked the service we received. We did say we wanted to just be relaxed after wards, i didn't not realize that that meant they would do absolutely no deep tissue. I have knots in my back, neck and shoulder and she did not bother to get any of them out. Deeply angry that we paid that much and had no relief afterwards!
