After I arrived 30 minutes late...because I thought my appointment was at 4:30 when I had actually made it for 4 PM, the staff as Salon Venessa poured me a glass of wine and told me they would figure it out. Within the hour, they were able to work me in to get the haircut that I really needed. Thank you to Venessa and Denise....who always provide the top service in the industry.
