I am so happy with Tracy my stylist and Pat and Lou the instructors for making my experience special. Pat & Lou always have so much patience with the students instructing them and allowing them to spread their wings a little at a time. I am always confident that they will advise my stylist and make sure that my touch up and hair cut are exactly the way I want it before I leave. (My hair cut is not easy/Asymetrical)The little touches like the hand massage is very nice. I also like it when I get my shampoo, it is very relaxing after a long day at work.
