I have been a customer of Dr. Hirsch's for over 10 years. He has always been good to me and my family. The past visit was a little out of the ordinary. I think the office may have new faces and be going through some transition. The annual x-ray process was a little awkward and time consuming. You may want to ensure that staff have proper training before allowing them to do x-rays independently. Otherwise, service was good as usual. Thanks.
