First of all i am a whipple employee.Our prices may be more than you expect on some things but noone and i mean noone carries the warranty's that we do,sure you can get a furn for a little cheaper but then once something happens to it and it needs repair and their warranties do not run as long or include what ours do you are paying out of pocket an out of this world repair charge.Our techs are in fact certified and drug tested to clear that rumor up as well. And as a whipple employee i can say Kent is not a rip off master he in fact is in fact a honest business owner i see it with my own eyes everyday he always makes an effort to make the customer happy and if there is any problem at all i have seen him go oh so very far out of his way to get it fixed and i very much enjoy working for him.Our techs do the job and do it right and they care and we are one of the only companies that do not charge after hours fees we are here to serve the customers.We are a company we are out to make money but we DO NOT lie in the process of doing so.Whipple Service Champions Employees are honest,Loyal
