There is absolutely no flaw with Melrose Jewelers. For a store that sells second hand jewelry, this store is 100% first class. I bought my fiance a two tone Rolex for our anniversary. She has no idea that this watch is pre-owned. There is no decrease in the quality and condition. She truly believes that this watch is brand new.I saved so much money on the Rolex. All of the employees at Melrose Jewelers are extremely knowledgeable and friendly. They help and guided me through my purchase every step of the way. I did not feel taken advantage of.
