These people are great, really. They have OK prices, but here's the catch. Suppose you fall on some hard times, get behind in the bill. First, they lock you out of the unit 10 days after the bill is due . Then suppose you wind up in trouble, and they schedule and auction. If you call on the day of the auction, because you finally are able to pay the damn bill, which nearly doubles after all the fees that are added. You will discover that, even though it's two hours ahead of their auction, they will not take your credit card over the phone on the day of the auction. ANY OTHER DAY, but not that day, when it really counts.
