I replaced all the Windows in my house to start with Scott lied through his teeth about the efficiency of the Windows. Told him I wanted triple pane and received double pane. The Windows all leak air they claim there is to much humidity in the house ran a dehumidifier still sweat from cold air leaking through. The seals have mold where air is coming through the sills are molding from all the condensation and the bottom of each window has mold growing . The original Windows (single pane) didn't even leak as bad. Customer service is rude they made promises to fix defective screens the over a year later hasn't been fixed. They never cleaned them after installation all around poor service. Wish I would have done more research before wasting my hard earned money. Now film have to replace them again. They pressure you to buy on the spot for a little discount very shady business. STAY CLEAR OF THESE RIP OFF ARTISTS!!!!!
