Called up to order part...girl placed me on hold @ 9:30 am...came back on twice..and placed me back on hold with no conversation..while waiting called Napa from my cell phone, ordered the part needed. Waited until 10:05 for someone to pick up and help me. Girl came back on phone, asked why it took over 1/2 hour, she hung up on me. Will do all my business with Napa in the future. more
